Returns, Refunds & Change of Mind

Please note: Refunds and returns are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and do not affect your rights under this law.

• We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

• You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, including when the item:

  • Has a fault that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description

  • Does not do what we said it would, or what you requested, and cannot be easily fixed

Alternatively, you may keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Please retain your proof of purchase, such as your receipt or invoice.

Shipping & Freight

• Orders are shipped from Melbourne via registered mail or courier.

• Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items come from different warehouses.

• Items are not insured in transit; K9 Supplies is not responsible for lost parcels.

• If you wish to insure your items, please contact us prior to payment for extra charges.

• Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock, and you will be notified.

Warranty & Repairs

• K9 Supplies can accept warranty work on select brands; for other brands, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us and we can assist you for warranty claims.

• Our scissor and blade sharpening service is guaranteed, if any issues or concerns please get in touch and we will work to resolve.

• Goods remain the property of K9 Supplies until payment is received in full.
