We test every blade after sharpening on a Heiniger Saphir clipper to make sure it’s cutting perfectly before it’s returned to you. If a blade still isn’t cutting properly once you receive it, it’s often a sign that the clipper itself may need servicing. You’re welcome to send your clipper in and we’ll check it for you.
For peace of mind, if any blade isn’t 100% sharp, we’re always happy to resharpen it as part of our service guarantee.
